Another Option
I found another apartment for a little bit less. Here's the trade off. It doens't have a washer and dryer, but it has a bigger kitchen, a place for a dining table (which I have), an extra room, and here's the kicker - - - a walk in closet!!! Do I want the washer and dryer or more square footage?

How much less is less? I actually think the idea of two bedrooms would be good. Speaking as someone who knows you. It would be nice to have a neatly organized bedroom to relax and enjoy, and then have a second crazy (let's be honest, messy) room for all your projects. Then you would also have room if you ever decided you wanted a roommate. Although I do know of this place in Tooele with incredibly cheap rent.
